SPeed & Strength

The BVB IA Eastside Speed and Strength program helps young athletes build the speed, strength, and endurance they need to excel in soccer. Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up to prepare muscles and joints for action. Players then move into targeted fitness training designed to improve strength, quick changes of direction, and overall stamina. Sessions conclude with high-tempo small-sided games, where players work on their game cardio. This program is an excellent way for athletes to develop strength and enhance overall conditioning.


This is the perfect program for players who struggle to do fitness training on their own, are falling behind their teammates, or are just looking for more ways to get better. The organized, coach-led structure keeps athletes motivated, consistent, and accountable—ensuring they get the most out of every session .

  • Club Affiliation: Open to players from any club or without a club

  • Wednesdays
  • 6-7pm
